Dr. Mali understands parents' concerns and provides a few recommendations/options to approach to the issue, and not only one you need to settle with. Other doctors are always available and quite caring too. Most things can be done on their patient portal and convenient.
My last visit here with my son for his physical was awful. I would have given lower stars, but the receptionist I spoke with today was very helpful, and I generally do have better visits, so I went middle of the road of my review. One thing I'm really sick of is constant change in care. I don't think any one doctor stays for a year, and it's frustrating to have a different doctor every time.
