Every time I take my minority children, we get put in a room after checking in and have to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. Every time.
This is one amazing team! Every single time I visit, everyone has been so comforting and amazing. My son has two regulars he sees (Dr. Alling-Jones and Dr. Marcy Kochis) and they are both so wonderful and personable, and never rush me.
Our preterm newborn daughter had a cold temperature at our second visit with the pediatrician, Dr. Maruf, and we were immediately rushed to the ER to begin a full sepsis workup. The Dr. did not give us any explanation outside of the worst case scenario in which a cold temperature could be a sign of a possible infection which is obviously life threatening. This lead us to subject our daughter to countless tests including a spinal tap, x-rays, and multiple blood cultures as well as a series of IV anti biotics to treat a potent... read more
I don’t know where to begin praising Mali and Mali pediatrics. We’ve been with them for over 8 years now and have nothing but exceptional service. The staff are all super nice and kind, and the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and caring. They have rooms separate sick and well visit which gives me a peace of mind there is less chance for my kiddos to be exposed to unnecessary germs.
