Out of the 8 appointments I scheduled several months in advance, PT Dore canceled my 1st 2 appointments using the excuse that she is not available for late afternoon appointments even though I had several emails from her assistant confirming that my scheduled appointments in the late afternoon would be honored by PT Dore.
