Hands down the most worthless doctor I have ever encountered. I had to visit her once because my doctor was out of office. I was having reflux problems and throat pain and she didn't even touch me. Just wrote a script for basically an OTC acid reducer. Now onto the real problem I have with Dr. Cook... My dad is in end stage renal failure and it was suggested he go on home hospice. Since then he has become unresponsive and need comfort that a hospice nurse can provide or help with. We tried all weekend to get someone out but ... read more
