Asked them to help update policy, they just told me to contact customer service because they aren't my agent. I had another agent assist me a year ago without issues, and the customer service rep confirmed that Amy could've helped, but she chose not to.
I needed an affidavit signed by an Allstate agent and was informed by the adjustor that any Allstate agent is able to provide this service. I called Amy and she was rude and unfriendly and told me that I can only have my agent do this. I don't know if she is just ignorant about Allstate policies, but I would never want her as my agent. Luckily the next closest agent from Millennium Oak Financial in San Ramon was able to help me with great customer service.
