Was very kind and listened to everything I was telling her. Seemed to be very intelligent.
Met Amy Smith, APRN today. She was so genuinely kind and supportive of my concerns about recent test results. We have a plan in place. The entire staff was also extremely kind to me. This was my first visit since moving here. I would happily recommend this practice. Thank you !
Failed to order an important test for my husband. She didn't notice because she doesn't apparently review the results. He had to push hard to speak to her office, and they still had no idea anything was wrong. They just kept saying his results were fine. If he didn’t keep prying, nothing would have been done. Unconscionable incompetence and lack of diligent care at the highest level.
I have been seeing Amy for about ten years. I consider her an outstanding doctor. She is always pleasant and takes excellent care of her patients.
I saw Amy Smith and she was nice but I don't think she really didn't know what my problems were in the past because I've had a hernia surgery and a gallbladder out in the last several months. She told me that my stomach should be swollen after those surgeries and not go away and I should have pain in my stomach which I think is a bunch of bull.
