Patients Beware! If you make an appointment, be sure to call several times to confirm. The front office staff has no idea how to operate the appointment software. If you come to your appointment, the office staff will pretend that there was no appointment made and then will treat you as if it is your fault that they are incompetent. It is unfortunate that Dr Burgett has such an incompetent staff, as she appears to be quite a decent doctor.
