Pleasantly surprised by the kindness and compassion, by everyone I encountered at Lovelace Surgery. My PCP had referred me for an arm lump, on account of a positive ultrasound. I have a history of lipomas and neuromas since childhood, so assumed it was another uncomplicated issue.
