The scheduling team/process needs improvement. I was told, post hospital discharge, to see Dr. Bickar within a certain amount of time and that she was aware I would be contacting her office. I called the very next business day to start the process and was told to wait 72 hours for a call back. No one called. I called to follow up and was given an erroneous appointment time that ended up being canceled.
