I took my son here for Neurofeedback and when I was making the appointment the receptionist stated the first appointment was not covered by insurance but all of the Neurofeedback sessions would be. My son started the sessions (he had 3 or 4) before the Dr Palmer called me to let me know my insurance no longer covers Neurofeedback. She then sent me a bill charging me for the sessions and without my consent took those charges from my card on file. I was referred to Dr Palmer after a car accident in which I sustained a severe concussion. She did a complete neuropsychological evaluation on me. She was so patient with me, and made me feel so comfortable during this very difficult time. She was knowledgeable and very sensitive to my needs.
