Amy is absolutely lovely, and her staff are quite nice too. She moves & speaks quickly, with purpose, but took care to make sure I understood and was on board with everything. I just went in today for a routine checkup, but she took time to answer my questions and investigate all the concerns that I brought up. I am happy I went with her, and I believe I am in good hands with this team.
Will take her sweet time helping you. She does not care if you are dying, she's waaay too busy to be bothered with us uneducated folk. When a child is sick... you do NOT wait around and put that child last. Especially when they are running a fever and in pain. But Amy sure will. She will NOT call you back either. I would recommend if you have a sick baby... keep them away from this person. And definitely get a second opinion if you do have to see her. 2 days and counting that the child has been suffering
