I had the worst experience and do not go to Dr Pearl Chen. She gave my dog an ear swab but never told me the results but gave me some useless tube of meds and the dumb receptionist said to use my finger to put it in my dogs ear. She gave my dog a rabies shot although my dog wasn’t due yet. She would not return my phone call. She upsold me a tube of “mousse” with no instructions. My dog’s paws are still not resolved. Dr Chen is the worst.

We have been clients at Brookfield Pet Hospital for over 20 years. The vets have always been thorough and kind to us and our dogs. We currently have a Pom with LOTS of hair. Paula the dog groomer is fabulous brushing all that hair and trimming it.

After paying two thousand dollars for a minor surgery, we didn't even get a chance to talk to the vet. Only a vet tech, who handed us a leash and said instructions were on the discharge paper.

All the staff here treat us & our senior pup with so much kindness & professionalism! Would recommend without reservation. Our dog is terrified of going to the vet (any vet, or basically anywhere) but she tolerates going here and the staff is very patient with her as she hides behind my legs. The allergy shots have helped her immensely. I love that we can book appointments online!
