Upon arrival I contacted the business to ensure they were 24 hours Amy answered and said yes . I arrived Monday 7:30pm for shoulder length box braids.Everything was going well until about 12 am when I had a few braids left . Amy finished up with a customer and began to rush my braider. She became rude and nasty . She came over to me and began to dip my unfinished braids into the hot water straightening the hair which I asked to be curled. As a walk-in customer that walked in at 5:15pm to leaving at 11pm , I can say the customer service was great, the braids are exactly how I wanted them to look and the environment of the shop is very inviting to new clients. I have long chest length hair and wanted waist length boho braids.ONLY ONE PERSON did my hair.I just want to say thank you for doing my birthday braids!!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
