I had previously booked an appointment with her , two days prior. She directed me to her apprentice in a different salon, one of them was busy watching movies on her phone, splashing out her drinks on us. I told them more than three times, to reduce the jam but they refused. Amy called me on phone to beg me to stay when I wanted to leave.
