$80 to get my short hair gunked up with braiding gel just for some twists with no extensions and have them poking up all over the place because of just how much product she put in my hair.. All while she was holding a loud phone conversation right there in my ear for the entire hour that it took....No matter what time I come, she's always on the phone as loud as can be in my ear with the French...

I was supposed to get my hair done 1130 on a Sunday morning. Amy called and confirm with me a couple days before. I show up on time Sunday morning to the appointment to get my hair done she’s not there. The gentleman allowed me and I waited for an hour she still do not show up. I called her about three or four times maybe even more no answer. It's been a while since I've gone to Ami's but based on the bad reviews it hasn't changed. The braiders are always on the phone, and loud in Your ear. The place us untidy and unclean. Amy always tries to up the price when you arrive and is routinely late putting you in a chair. Clean up your business and learn more professionalism, 🙏 🙏 please.
