Was needing a new dentist but after what my wife just experienced at this location I'll keep looking. After her last visit she made her next appointment before she left. We kept the card and marked the time and date on the calendar as well. We planned other events on that day around the appt.time like normal people do. The day before we get a message to confirm the day was right but the time was wrong. When you have your day planned out any disruptions screws things up. I wish I could rate it 0 stars! I went in for a consultation. The dental assistant was flat out rude and Incompassionate. She completely unloaded on me. I'm putting my biggest insecurities out there and it gets blown back in my face. I left in tears with how she talked to me IN FRONT of the actual dentist. 0/10 would recommend.

In dental, I feel like everyone here is so personable. Sam at the front desk (whom I believe I had originally scheduled with over the phone as well) was so bright & cheerful. I see why they made her the first person patients see when they arrive. Renea did an exceptional job on my cleaning while consistently checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.
