Recently went in store to get some parts for my bike. Dealt with Ethan and he was very helpful, super nice and a pleasure to deal with. There was a mixup with some brake pads and he swapped them out with the right ones with no issues. Highly recommend the store and especially Ethan, absolute legend

Online order arrived fast, but without an item that was part of a helmet combo. The staff rectified the issue straight away and had the missing item sent by courier. The items ordered were top quality too. Highly recommend buying from this seller.
Absolute crap customer service. Walked in 3 young people totally ignored me until I said hello. Only then did 1 of the girls semi acknowledge me. Only person in the shop and the staff are still talking about Christmas party and nights out. Can't find the boots I was after. Going elsewhere
