Online order arrived fast, but without an item that was part of a helmet combo. The staff rectified the issue straight away and had the missing item sent by courier. The items ordered were top quality too. Highly recommend buying from this seller.
Absolute crap customer service. Walked in 3 young people totally ignored me until I said hello. Only then did 1 of the girls semi acknowledge me. Only person in the shop and the staff are still talking about Christmas party and nights out. Can't find the boots I was after. Going elsewhere
The guys here opened a box for me to view the size of something that had no measurements recorded anywhere when other stores brushed me off. I bought the product (the one I had opened) and keep going back for bits and pieces
Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s great they organise Bike Nights a few times a year. My biggest gripe is that for a lot of items on the website, the store either doesn’t have any stock, or the sizing is very limited.
Absolutely great customer service. guys were super helpful and helped me pick out my first helmet. they're super friendly and were more than willing to take the time chatting and talking.
