Great range def my fav shop
I had a disappointing experience at AMX Superstores in Virginia today while trying to buy a helmet. This will be the last time I step foot in that store. The manager, Brad, was unhelpful and didn’t take the time to assist me with my purchase. The customer service was terrible, especially coming from a manager! In contrast, I later visited Team Moto in Virginia, where the customer service was 100% better. If you're considering AMX Superstores, I highly recommend you avoid the Virginia location!
Above and beyond customer service, Bryce helped me choose the right helmet and checked the fitment. Very helpful and friendly, great advice from the AMX team highly recommended for beginner to experienced riders out there!
Just came Into AMX Virginia, I was lucky enough to come across Lacey & Tony B. They were professional, engaged & very polite. I highly recommend coming to see these guys!!! Thanks team
