Thankyou Josh store manager and Jack sales team. Yesterday bought an early helmet for an early birthday present I asked if they could give us some space as my husband looked through and tryed on helmets allowing him to work out what he felt was right .And they gave us the time and patience which resulted in him picking his chosen helmet. Went into store on two different occasions this past week and had two completely different levels of customer service. First experience was terrible, young sales assistant was more interested in sitting at the counter and looking at her phone then helping me. Second occasion was today and was perfect customer service, extremely helpful with finding items and not making a big deal about the length of time took on deciding on a helmet goggles and other maintenance items plus had another worker explaining to about the little el... read more
