Great staff with good knowledge of the product.
Went in to purchase new boots. No greeting or acknowledgement while there. Went to pay for boots and felt like we were rude interrupting their conversation. Then asked if " anyone had helped us" 🤣😂 Nobody even knew we were there. I think we could have walked out the door without paying and they wouldn't have noticed Very bad service. Worst out of 3 stores we have visited.
First time shopping was a great experience. Helped me find the correct helmet size and very knowledgeable.4/5 Second time came in after a bike headset to ride with friends. I was told due to the new mesh techbology that my new infinity headset would easily connect to other riders. Well this was incorrect and am now stuck with a headset that only commects to same type. Diffrent servers.2/5
