Emma was super helpful and spent heaps of time helping my young son and I with sizing and technical product information . Being new to dirt bikes it’s hard to navigate what is actually required or just a luxury item. Emma made that process Un daunting and a stress free experience . Thanks Emma.
Dont usually do many reviews but i wanted to give a shout out to Lianna?? (Not quite sure how to spell it im sorry) from the Balcatta store. Im very new into bikes and Lianna was honestly so helpful and patient with me today talking to me and helping me trying to find the right helmet and she was very knowledgable on everything. Friendly staff, surprisingly large inside with a good range of most things bike related.
Came into the store as one of my Argon boots had developed an annoying squeak and was told that, "as there was no damage", the manufacturer was unlikely to do anything about. Shame. I guess squeaking is just how those boots roll, but the manufacturer omitted that from the brochure. To make matters worse, I was wearing an Argon jacket and gloves bought from the same store, but that did not matter at all. I am sure there would have been an easy and inexpensive solution, but AMA and Argon elected to teach their customer a lesso... read more
