This is the ABSOLUTE unprofessional company ever. Their customers are number one and theyre gonna do whatever they can to put the other person at fault, EVEN WITH 100% proof being sent. ANGELA is the absolute most unprofessional lousy laziest adjuster ever. She spoke to me maybe twice. Then other people from her dept did her job for her. I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks. My car still stranded at home chilling. This place sucks. ID NEVER have them as my insurance company. Not great costumer service
Horrible el servicio, pones pagos automáticos para despreocuparte y te cancelan la póliza sin avisarte y encima te reportarán con el departamento de vehículos y motor , te suspenden la licencia, ademas te atiende el departamento de ventas con mala atención y en vez de calmarte por el mal rato que te hacen pasar te alteran con su pésima atención y poco psicológia emocional.
