Most of these reviews are confused. This Amwins is not an insurance agent. It seems like most of the complaints are with the agents and dealing with them. Amwins is not allowed to deal with the insured because they contract for the agents. If you have an issue with your insurance or policy, make sure you contact the agent or agency you bought it from; not the brokerage that made the policy at their request.

I'd say a negative if possible! I paid my premium for this company for 3+yrs! Needed them for a t-bone accident and Angela Horace was my adjuster! Joe Fertenbaugh was supposed to be the "appraiser" and I use that loosely! Not one time did he go look at my 2019 Chevrolet Impala! Not at my home nor shop. He and Angela agreed on whatever the mechanic and them agreed on just for them to turn around and deem my car a total loss! THIEVES AND LIARS! I am not one to leave reviews usually but honestly, their adjusters are hard to get a hold of they are either not at the office or on vacation which can be kind of frustrating. I have heard from other people they have had this experience as well. For instance, when I needed a rental car my adjuster was on vacation so I contacted someone who was handling her cases. They filled out the paperwork wrong and I ended up paying more for the rental car. This issue was never resolved.
