I'd say a negative if possible! I paid my premium for this company for 3+yrs! Needed them for a t-bone accident and Angela Horace was my adjuster! Joe Fertenbaugh was supposed to be the "appraiser" and I use that loosely! Not one time did he go look at my 2019 Chevrolet Impala! Not at my home nor shop. He and Angela agreed on whatever the mechanic and them agreed on just for them to turn around and deem my car a total loss! THIEVES AND LIARS! I am not one to leave reviews usually but honestly, their adjusters are hard to get a hold of they are either not at the office or on vacation which can be kind of frustrating. I have heard from other people they have had this experience as well. For instance, when I needed a rental car my adjuster was on vacation so I contacted someone who was handling her cases. They filled out the paperwork wrong and I ended up paying more for the rental car. This issue was never resolved.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I wish I could give them a negative star. I told them I did not want to renew with them and what did they do?? RENEW my policy! They kept all my information and did not take off the automatic payments so that's why it renewed. Ugh! They are so frustrating to deal with. This company just wants to take your money. Please don't ever go with the! They needed to be shut down!
