Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. My roommate started having violent behavior. Threatening to flip out and become violent just because I asked if it was okay if I turned off the lights so I can go to sleep. I notified staff about it and they refused to do anything about it. Saying that it was my fault. I tried to tell Megan about it but all she said was that her phone is not made to vent on.
I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

I had come and make a review. I was in distress and full of Anxiety (that I diagnosed myself with lol) trying to find my son an appointment in order for him to be discharged. I googled several places who did not accept his insurance. I felt defeated and said a prayer than I googled some more and found Provive Wellness.
