These guys --Zane specifically-- really screwed me over. Gave me a good price on some gates at the end of the year. Then Christmas came along, so we tabled it. I give him the go ahead after the my biggest commercial client gives the green light. They pumped up the price 30%. I'm a builder and understand prices go up, but 30%? Fine. When I said, what gives? Zane said, "oh yeah, my bad,, I looked at the wrong price. And come to think of it, I didn't give you the price for heavy duty gates, so it's going to go up EVEN MORE!" So... read more
