Kelvin was fast and professional. Had my car fixed and back to me as promised. They were also nice enough to drop me off at my house while my car was being repaired. Most shops will apply the Engine code scan fee to your bill if you get the work done with them, however they wouldn't do this for me. I wasn't happy about that. Overall a good experience though.
I had a very positive experience. They did a 100K VW Passat service, which included transmission service, radiator flush, all the filters and fluids. It was a lot of work for a very reasonable price. They were thorough and diligent, and very pleasant. I would use again them again.
