Very unprofessional experience. The job took several months to complete and required repeated follow-ups on my part just to get them to finish the work. Despite being contracted through my insurance, they refused to coordinate with the insurance provider, which caused major delays. Because of the lack of communication, my insurance closed the claim, and I had to go through the hassle of reopening it and waiting for a new check to be issued directly to me. Aleks and his team are second to none. They’re kind, professional, and of the highest integrity. I had a huge kitchen remodeling project that required a complete demolition and installation that I frankly didn’t think could be completed in time (4 weeks). They promised to finish by deadline and delivered with flying colors. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks, guys, for going above and beyond.
So thankful to Alex and his team. This was not a planned project. Unfortunately a vehicle hit our home. As you can imagine how upset we were. He walked us through each step of the renovation.
