My friend and I went here for Sunday brunch, and I had an awful experience. I ordered the "Frisee Salad," which was described as having a poached egg on top of it. The salad arrived with a hard-cooked egg on top. I sent it back, asking for a poached egg, not a hard-boiled egg. The plate was returned to me with a poached egg that now had a god-awful smell. Great value. Tried this and the more established french place in town during restaurant week and this one wins for me. As a BYOB place the final check was really reasonable for superb dishes and attentive service. Can't wait to go back.
The STEAK FRITES was missing the ground black pepper so a major disappointment. I think the chef was out the night we ate. The prices are high for the quality of the food and the decor is not French. The fig amuse was smaller than a dime.
Wow, just had a great meal here. Delicious spicy andouille with crepes, some nice bison, and a fantastic chocolate soufflee. Will definitely be going back.
