This place is amazing! I won’t mention names, but we do live in a neighboring state. In our town the RV center is nothing but kind and considerate. So, we loaded up and tried Amunrud’s RV! LOVE THEM!!! Everyone is so kind, they were quick in fixing our heater, and we even learned a little something! This place is our go-to! Even if it’s a $10 part, I’m driving a 2 hour round trip just to support these guys!
Very poor experience here. Was referred to Mike to get a quote on a slide out as well as co-sign with them. Left my camper there for close to a month and nothing was done on it other than the front corner of the fifth wheel now smashed in and no accountability on who did it.
I would not bring your camper here at any cost. You are better off taking it anywhere but here. Spoke to them about co-signing our camper and giving a quote to fix a slide out, only to find out 3 weeks later they never looked at it and did not want to co-sign anymore, then when we arrived to pick it up the front corner that we put tin on to make it look nicer was damaged and they refused to fix what they had broke. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your stuff worse then when you dropped it off.
My wife and I are bird hunters from Pennsylvania who spend the whole fall in northern Montana in our 40' motorhome each year. We suffered a major structural failure in our slide due to rough roads shearing off three of the six heavy bolts that hold the slide on to the chassis. Desperate for help, we spoke to Amanda (the owner's kind and helpful daughter) and Mike, the owner. He offered to try to fix the mess. We were traveling home to NJ and our AC unit stopped working and the temp was 107.Called Amunrud"s around 9am and asked if they could look at our rv. They said to bring it in that day. We got there by noon, and the guys got on it right away. They worked on it for 2 hours plus in 95 degree weather, and were able to send us on our way with ac. These people are great.
