I LOVE the rings we got from Amunet; my engagement and wedding ring are beautiful and fit together well, and they were able to make a custom, matching ring for my soon-to-be husband. They designed it per our requests and used platinum, which I do not think they usually offer. The one thing to know about this company is that they are currently located in Thailand. Husband ordered my engagement ring from Amunet and I ordered my wedding band. Love the designs and the colour of the stones. Communication was generally good, they were responsive - I just struggled when I ordered my band as I'm from the UK and there were so many different conversion charts for UK -> US online l, so I requested a sizing chart to check their measurements and they said they couldn't send one so had to hope for the best! Ordered the perfect engagement ring and wedding band from this store. The whole experience was wonderful, and the look on my wife's face solidified that I made the right decision. Thank you, can't wait to stare at the beautiful ring set for the rest of our lives!
UPDATE: After posting this review the company reached out and apologized. They also graciously allowed me to keep both of the rings as an apology and to make up for the issues. I thought that was the end of the saga. However, the company has repeatedly emailed, called, and even text me for many months to take down this review. I have never responded to their repeated communications and have not removed this review, which should be a hint that it would not happen.
