Quality clothes, but service questionable. We went on a Sunday. The guy didn't know very much the only sale person in store. Told us it would take 4 to 5 days to hem pair of pants and would call us when they were done. 12 days later no call. So I called them to be told that they do not call because they do 70 pair a week. Maybe their college employee should care more about sales then studying for a class.
Jonah is super helpful and clearly loves his job.
I love this shop. Got my tux here for my wedding and everything was perfect. Also love their clothing selection - come here to shop whenever I'm in town.
Horrible experience, they messed up on 4 of our 8 groomsmen's tux. Sent the groom the wrong size vest and pants that were hemed ABOVE the ankle (we were not waiting for a flood!) When we went to ask them about it they had the nerve to say we needed to pay or them to get shipped to be fixed. Horrible!

I (Ross, owner) spoke with Chantell on Tuesday regarding the tuxedos being in for pick up but she was surprised to learn that you have to pay in order to take them. She said they guys would just have to pick them up. Perhaps that is why your groomsmen didn't come until as late as Friday at 5:30pm to pick up the tuxedos. I apologize you had issue with the fit of some of your items and your photos do not show where the pants are sitting on their waist so it is difficult to guess if they are truely too short. I would like to thank the lady who assisted my fiancé and myself with choosing the appropriate Tuxedo style for our upcoming wedding. She was very informative and answered all of us our questions without hesitation. She also went to the extra work of re-measuring my fiancé to ensure his coat would be the right size.
