I wish I would have read their reviews before I bought this scratch and dent LG washer and dryer for just under 2k and one day after i bought and installed it the washer makes insanely load noise, so clearly the last person that bought it returned it and they sold it again to me as a scratch and dent. Purchased a dishwasher and it never worked right out of the box. They will not replace it. They say it's up to the Whirlpool warranty. Been 3 months now waiting on backordered parts to "fix" it. Fix a dishwasher that never worked! Will never purchase anything from Amundsons Applicance again. Had to give 1 star, they deserve 0!

I purchased a glass-top stove from Amundson's Appliance in Eau Claire about 10 years ago. This fall one of the burners failed and I requested a replacement burner. On my original service call, the service rep determined that the wrong burner was ordered by Amundson's. After a reorder, I finally had my burner replaced. The service rep was very easy to work with and did a speedy repair. I am very dismayed with Amundson's for poor customer service, even though I purchased the stove from them.
