I should have followed my gut . I knew from the tone of the initial emails this would be bad but I didn’t imagine that it would have gone like this . Majority of the conversation was her accusing me avoiding being served paperwork after I advised that the other party had filed false paperwork claiming I’d been served and that there was literally no proof that they had served .
