Dr Palani asks questions, while recalling past conversations; that demonstrates that she clearly knows and listens to me. I am at ease through her demeanor, evident up-to-date knowledge, and her dedication to keeping me well. I have recommended her to my children and parents because of this trust in her capabilities. They are equally as happy with their choice in a GP.
First appt was great. She is so engaged in understanding what you are being seen for, symptoms, and your family history, and any prior conditions. You don't feel rushed. I felt heard and not like a number on a chart or that any of my symptoms were being disregarded. I am very happy with Dr Palani. She is great!
I couldn’t ask for more! Honest, Patient, Professional and sets your mind at ease because it’s obvious she really is listening!! Never makes you feel rushed, and her follow thru is outstanding! Her nurse Katie is so good about returning calls and setting follow up test & appts! I’ve been with Dr Palani since she got to that practice and I know I’m getting the best care! I trust her knowledge totally and I appreciate that she makes sure I always understand everything going forward!!
