AMTS Tax Services is not reliable and they do not respond to email requests for updated information on preparing a tax return. I forwarded my tax return to AMTS Tax Services on March 7 2022. I inquired about the status of my tax return multiple times with one reply that indicated I would have a response soon regarding my inquiry about making estimated tax payments. I called the office and was advised they were very busy but they were working on my return. As of May 16 2022 I still have not received my 2022 tax return.

Have a very bad experience in this place, hope no more victims will come to this place. I just wish I checked the reviews before I came to this place. Not professional with bad attitude and rude manner.

Bob is very experienced and knowledgeable. His rates are reasonable too. He helped us with filing our returns and ITIN renewal applications. It was good working with him.

Bob's service is excellent. He even provides lots of good advice outside of preparing returns just like by means of discussion with no extra charge. His knowledge and experience is super. His fees are also very reasonable.

Really nice and professional people are working in this office. Price is very reasonable and all worthy it. Robert called IRS office before and after to get it all clear what’s the best way for us to proceed. Really responsible and I appreciated his help a lot.
