they are not good they owe my husbands company $1500 bucks for a refund still havent received it
HORRIBLE!! I’ve been calling, emailing, and leaving messages for my claims adjuster and her boss FOR MONTHS dealing with a work comp case and I can’t get a response from anyone. Being injured on the job is bad enough but being treated like your injuries and case doesn’t matter makes it even worse! And the fact that all the reviews say the same thing should make this company ASHAMED. This company deserves a lawsuit but as of now I’ll give them 1 star because you can’t go any lower.
Literally the worst company I’ve ever engaged with. It is extremely hard to communicate with them or get any straight answers from them. It takes months to get refunds when they owe you money. I’ve had to CC five departments on my emails and continually bug the crap out of every department to get any answers.Very hard to adjust your policy. Worst online portal I’ve come across. They are completely incompetent! They have no answers for anything! Told audit wasn't completed numerous numerous times! No emails! No Letters! The next thing i know i am getting a call from a laywers office for collections! They never even sent me a bill!!! They are very incompetent and misleading company!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
another crooked company - trying to do worker's comp audit with them is made impossible intentionally so they can charge you more money
