My partner and I have been loyal clients for over a decade with this company. Their rates are reasonable but not exactly cheap. I was with the Hartford when I started my business. They were transparent, communicative, & personable. Unfortunately, in the span on one month I had one employee t-boned from a driver running a stop sign & another employee who claimed to have slipped and dislocated his arm on his 2nd day. What a pile of garbage! Do not trust them, if you cancel your policy with them good luck getting your money! Scammers fraudsters. State was notified! Take your business elsewhere!
This is the worst company to deal with! After an accident that left me disabled and started a workers compensation claim. It took me a year just to get an MRI approved! They keep denying my 2nd surgery for almost 2 years now and can’t go back to work! David Biernat Adjustor is a nightmare and money hungry willing to make your life a living hell! Thank the lord I have a workers compensation lawyer that I’m working with to help me with my case! Please always lawyer up when you have a workers comp accident!
