Horrible customer service horrible company does not care about customer and will not refund you if you pay for insurance even though it says in the insurance that you can
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST business ever and I would rate this at a negative 10! No communication with phone conversing or email! You have to wait forever to get approvals for medical treatments and they do NOT want to pay out on mileage reimbursement! You seriously have to babysit these case workers and call every other day! They are a complete JOKE!!!
This is a stinking company, their service is really bad, they charge a lot of money and they have a disgraceful attitude towards people.
My partner and I have been loyal clients for over a decade with this company. Their rates are reasonable but not exactly cheap. We’ve made every payment consistently without hesitation and have never argued any of their rate increases throughout the years, we just pay. After so long, last month we had an emergency with our hot water boiler which also supplies the building with heat. I was with the Hartford when I started my business. They were transparent, communicative, & personable. Unfortunately, in the span on one month I had one employee t-boned from a driver running a stop sign & another employee who claimed to have slipped and dislocated his arm on his 2nd day. So, being a business, Hartford dropped me from their coverage when my contract was up. I scrambled to find a new worker's comp carrier. ADP is my agent as I use them for payroll.
