These people do not want to help you. I have been asked for the same records of my hospital stay and I've sent them the same paperwork multiple times. I have been out of work for a month now, my account is over drafted, and I still don't know when they're going to pay me. I don't know how many more times I have to send the same exact thing before I get paid, but these people do not want to help you.
Injured myself at work and they refuse to allow me to be treated and they have ghosted me in email. I even sent an email to the supervisor of my claims adjuster and I still have not heard back.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! COMPLETE SCAM! I wish I could leave negative stars. I've been dealing with amtrust for a few months and I can't anymore.. its been a frustrating road from the very beginning..the customer service is horrendous, the surprise fees almost every month is ridiculous, and just a 100% disgusting company.
