Absolutely love Flagstar and the staff at this branch are fantastic. I do most of my banking online; however, there have been several times I stepped into the Deerfield Beach Flagstar branch. Bank tellers are friendly and willing to help. Recently, some bad actor tried to break into my online account. Lord have mercy! I called the branch and spoke to Walter, the branch's manager, for help. He froze my online account to keep my account safe until I could get to the branch to work to securing my online account further. I arriv... read more
