Great customer service. Not only the associates at the counter but the managers who come out are super friendly and helpful. No pressure. My only bank. Besides my side investments.
From the moment you first walk in, you're greeted, and they bend over backwards for you, and give you a small community bank feel even though they're a large bank!
By far my favorite AmTrust location, don't push accounts on you like the other location on camelback. The staff are very professional and really care about you as a person! I recommend this AmTrust and the one in Scottsdale on Tatum if you are looking to open an AmTrust account!
Couldn't ask for a nicer, more competent, and customer-caring place to bank.
