This review IS NOT directed at the local branch employees, they have tried everything that they can to help me. Since Flagstar bought Amtrust (aka) New York Community Bank, my debit cards get locked out at least once a day, but usually an average of 10 times a week I get flagged for going to McDonald's and spending $6.79 we're going to the grocery store and buying eggs and potatoes and milk, if I order an Uber more than once a day it will shut my card down, if I try to book a hotel. Susan McGough is a miracle worker! Solved a week long problem I was having with the online bank in mere minutes. Thank you so much for your help. (!?) Also, all the bankers here were so kind and so much fun to talk with. I probably hung out for an hour just chatting with all of them after my issue was resolved because of how much fun they all were. This is my first experience with a Flagstar branch and it was a great one. Thanks guys!
