Susan McGough is a miracle worker! Solved a week long problem I was having with the online bank in mere minutes. Thank you so much for your help. (!?) Also, all the bankers here were so kind and so much fun to talk with. I probably hung out for an hour just chatting with all of them after my issue was resolved because of how much fun they all were. This is my first experience with a Flagstar branch and it was a great one. Thanks guys!
