The representative on the phone literally hung up the phone while I was speaking to her - she was so RUDE and ready to assume that it was a fraud call she completely disregarded the possibility that she may have been speaking with a professional. THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE PRIVILEGE OF MANAGING YOUR MONEY.
