I opened this account last year because of an incentive and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been practical at all. Zelle has ridiculous limitations and frequent freezes, making it unusable as a primary Zelle account. Deposits are extremely slow, and to avoid fees they require maintaining a $25,000 balance. The branch only has one ATM—which is fine, since nobody is ever in there—but it’s excruciatingly slow to use. I opened an account on a referral and was horrified to learn that Branch Manager Bill Reynolds promised referral bonuses, then the bank refused to honor them and called it a “mistake.” Completely dishonest behavior — I would not trust this bank with my money.

I opened an account after being referred, based on Branch Manager Bill Reynolds promising a $50 Visa gift card to my friend for referring me. Afterward, the bank called it a “mistake” and refused to honor it. I also referred three others, expecting $150. Nothing coming. Disappointing and untrustworthy.
