Sherry is a gem. So nice and so helpful.
I received a call from this bank demanding to know what I do with my money after it leaves the bank. Thinking she was a scammer, I said "None of your business". About a week later, I received a certified letter from a Ms. Simmons stating that my checking account will be canceled due to lack of cooperation. Thankfully I was able to retrieve my money and open an account elsewhere.
The new branch manager Shuntell has turned this place into a ghetto bank location. This location is dirty, bulbs missing and has more employees than customers in the place.
Always nice and friendly very efficient about your security.Have been with this bank since 1978 and very happy about it Thank You NYCB!
