I deposited a check from Bank of America are very large corporate bank perform a settlement check and Flagstar is holding my check hostage until December which is completely unacceptable so today I'm going to go close all my accounts at Flagstaff and I never walking into another Branch again and I will tell everyone of my 3 million followers to never go to a Flagstar Bank because they are crooked

They know me by my first name , never have to wait to cash a check . Lots of parking in front of the bank . Right next to Scottsdale fashion square mall. Flagstar is now part of Amtrust Bank and have a new savings plan you should check out.
I had an incredible experience at this bank. I just moved to town and James was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which is so rare these days. I’ve been searching for a new bank since most institutions make you feel like an inconvenience, let alone offer real customer service. I will most likely make this my new bank here in Phoenix.
