I don't see any e-mail address to contact higher authorities for any communication. I just found one single e-mail address for all the branches. That is so misleading.
I came to Flagstar Bank on Tatum & Shea specifically to see Kenya, even though there is a branch closer to where I live. I had a problem Kenya helped me resolve. Kenya is knowledgeable, helpful, professional and all-around pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Kenya.
