Whatever you do, avoid amtrust at all costs. This company has predatory policies. I used them for my business. I paid high premiums, and at the end of my first year they audited me, I complied with the audit, they are trying to charge me over 4 grand for (non-compliance) I have been on the phone with their agent over 20 times in the last year meeting all the requirements of their audit. I've been working with AmTrust for about 11 years now and never have any issues. It sounds like the reviewers below don't understand the simplicities of how insurance works.
Horrible customer service. Do not use them for anything!!!
This is the worst company to do business with. It's been months that I've been trying to cancel. Now they have me being audited. For not filing something online. I've never been able to even log in to their site. I regret ever starting to work with this company. I'm still being charged for 2 policies I cancelled back in December. We're now 6 months later and they are still sending me bills. What an absolute nightmare. Commercial GL and WC policies.
