I've been working with AmTrust for about 11 years now and never have any issues. It sounds like the reviewers below don't understand the simplicities of how insurance works.
Horrible customer service. Do not use them for anything!!!
This is the worst company to do business with. It's been months that I've been trying to cancel. Now they have me being audited. For not filing something online. I've never been able to even log in to their site. I regret ever starting to work with this company. I'm still being charged for 2 policies I cancelled back in December. We're now 6 months later and they are still sending me bills. What an absolute nightmare. Commercial GL and WC policies.
