When there is a refund due from AMTrust North America audit, their letter mentions that they will be sending out the refund within 60 days but they never do. We have to put a reminder on our calendar and call them so that they can bother to issue the check. That has been the case every time we have a refund due.
Absolutely the worst workman’s comp insurance anywhere. They raised my premium tenfold with no claims or issues whatsoever. They have you sign form excluding the officers and then do an audit and include the officers anyway. Stay away from this company. I would give them zero stars if I could.
If you like your money and time, respect yourself and stay away from them as far as you can. unfortunately, There is no less than one star. They deserve negative star.
