I hate that my company uses this service for travel. It is so inconvenient for me as a traveler and seems to always have problems. I don’t think I’ve been able to check into a hotel without some sort of issue with payment because either they haven’t sent over the credit card authorization or the virtual credit card that’s been set up doesn’t work.
