Decent train station, the employees we encountered had zero hospitality and acted like we were a hinderance to them. The lady who was organizing the parking on 8/8/25 belittled our crew for entering the line the wrong way and offered zero help or guidance. She instructed cars to continue to cut us off and didnt stop traffic for us to move from an active rail way on the road. Absolutely horrible customer service, these people are the opposite of hospitality, which is what you expect when you pay what you pay for Amtrak. Eithe... read more
First experience with the auto-train. Went smoothly and arrived early. Coach seats are a little uncomfortable and car offloading was slow, but overall a great method of traveling between the DMV and Florida. Car drop-off was easy to find and fast. Would recommend bringing food for the trip as opposed to the dining car.
