I had Christian come out due to a rat problem in my crawl space and attic. He was supposed to come out weekly for about a month. He came out for the initial visit, gave me a quote and went over what he was going to do. I’ve seen him once since for less than five minutes. He’s provided multiple reasons for why he hasn’t come out and I tried to be very patient about the reason he gave. I made a call to the business on a Friday and within 30 minutes I received a phone call back. We discussed the issue and agreed to a time on Monday. Within an hour, Christian(the owner) called back and said he had an opening in his schedule and would I like the service performed the next day! I was elated that he could come the next day.
