The lady on the phone who I forgot the name was very rude. This people don't give courtesy call when your policy has an issue and is about to expire. They said my payment went through and next thing you know I got a call that my policy got canceled. They wanted to charge me the late fee and now I had to make payments cash from now on. They need to get rid of some people in here.
