I've been buying auto insurance for over 30 years. No, I'm not a grumpy old man. I just expect fair, courteous service. That is definitely not what I received at Amtex! I've had a policy with them for over a year. I bought a new SUV and called them to change the policy. I was transferred over 5 times for several days trying to get help.
